Who We Work With
Homeowners, contractors, and property work
Clear scope, practical work, site left ready for what’s next — where the job fits our Washington service area and licensed scope.
If the job needs a circus, we’re the wrong phone number.
Homeowners
Clear scope and hands-on help before renovation or repair.
What to expect
- What’s in scope — and what must stay protected
- Written pricing before you commit
- Respect for occupied-home conditions and finishes
- A site ready for your next step
General contractors & remodelers
Selective removal, support, and cleanup that keeps the next phase moving.
What to expect
- Defined outcomes — not open-ended field labor
- Accountability to your schedule and scope
- Material handling and cleanup within agreed boundaries
- Written inclusions and exclusions before work begins
Property owners & businesses
Removal, cleanout, and site prep based on the actual property and written scope.
What to expect
- Scope from the property — not generic assumptions
- Clear boundaries on cleanout, removal, and Debris Removal Coordination
- Light commercial fit: selective removal and cleanup, not large-scale demolition
- Transparent disposal and dump fees when applicable
Project Fit
When the work is a good fit
Common jobs that match how I work.
- Interior remodel or repair prep with a defined list of what comes out and what must stay
- Selective demolition in an occupied or active property where boundaries matter
- Debris removal, cleanout, or construction cleanup with clear material and access limits
More good-fit examples
- Contractor jobsite support — remodel prep, material handling, turnover cleanup — scoped to a defined outcome
- Exterior or small-structure removal — decks, fences, sheds, exterior materials — in a written scope
- Roofing tear-off, concrete, framing, or siding support where the estimate names the work and limits
Working Relationship
What each group needs from the partnership
Same standard — clear scope and follow-through — different priorities by audience.
Homeowners
Direct answers on what comes out, what stays, and what the estimate includes — especially for occupied homes. Scope you can read, pricing you can compare, cleanup that leaves the next step ready.
General contractors & remodelers
A partner inside a defined scope with a stated outcome — material handling, cleanup, and selective removal that respect your role as project lead. Inclusions, exclusions, and change conditions named before extra work proceeds.
Property owners & businesses
Scope tied to volume, material, access, and disposal — not a one-size cleanout. Light commercial means selective removal and cleanup within boundaries; specialty or abatement work only if separately qualified. Third-party disposal costs approved before booking.

Readiness
When a project is ready to evaluate
Easier to assess when boundaries are clear, the work fits licensed capacity, and the property is in Washington.
If you can describe what needs to come out, what must stay, and general site conditions, you’re ready to start.
More about project readiness
Unknown materials, unclear boundaries, or work outside standard scope may need more review first.

Estimate — what to submit
Fit Boundaries
When additional review is required
Every project follows site conditions and the written scope. Limits apply across audiences — boundaries the estimate must address explicitly.
- Structural engineering, heavy civil, and large-scale commercial demolition are outside standard scope.
- Structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty-trade work are excluded unless specifically stated in the written agreement.
- Hazardous-material testing, asbestos, lead, mold abatement, and regulated handling require separate qualification and contract.
- Contaminated or unknown materials may be declined or priced with surcharge after review.
- Pricing depends on access, material type, volume, disposal, equipment, and unexpected conditions discovered on site.
- Debris Removal Coordination arranges third-party hauling or containers when approved. Precision does not perform hauling or dump runs.
- Day rates: half day $250 (up to 4 hours) / full day $425 (up to 10 hours), plus sales tax where applicable (WA: 7.6%–10.7%). Full-project quotes are available based on the agreed scope. Third-party disposal and container costs are separate when applicable and require approval. Travel is quoted separately using the current IRS standard business mileage rate and shown in writing before approval.
