$425 + sales tax where applicable (WA: 7.6%–10.7%)
Booked as separate half days, 10 hours would total $625. The $425 full day includes $200 in bundled value.

Your written work order confirms the scope, booked days or project total, and price before work begins. Additional days or expenses require your approval.
Travel is quoted separately using the current IRS standard business mileage rate and shown in writing before approval.
Washington’s combined sales-tax rates currently range from 7.6% to 10.7% (July–September 2026). Where applicable, your estimate uses the rate for the job location and applicable date, with tax shown separately before approval. Look up the Washington DOR local rate.

Scope

- Every project is subject to site conditions and the written agreement.
- Booked time and any approved expenses may depend on access, material type, volume, equipment, and unexpected conditions.
- Hazardous-material testing or abatement is not included unless explicitly qualified and contracted.
- Structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty-trade work are excluded unless specifically stated in the written agreement.
- Third-party hauling, containers, and disposal costs are separate when applicable and require approval. Precision does not perform hauling or dump runs.
