Half day — up to 4 hours: $250 + sales tax where applicable (WA: 7.6%–10.7%). Full day — up to 10 hours: $425 + sales tax where applicable (WA: 7.6%–10.7%). The $425 full day includes $200 in bundled value against $625 for the same span booked as separate half days. Both include standard tools. Prefer a price for the whole project? Full-project quotes are available based on the agreed scope — mention that preference in project details. Your written work order confirms the scope, booked days or project total, and price before work begins. Additional days or expenses require your approval.
Travel is quoted separately using the current IRS standard business mileage rate and shown in writing before approval. Your written estimate or work order identifies the departure point used for mileage.
Washington’s combined sales-tax rates currently range from 7.6% to 10.7% (July–September 2026). Where applicable, your estimate uses the rate for the job location and applicable date, with tax shown separately before approval. Look up the Washington DOR local rate.
