Services & Pricing Guide

We break things. Not the plan.

Day rates and service categories for construction support, repairs, selective removal, and clean-up. Confirmed by written work order before scheduling.

Licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington. WA LIC# PRECIDC74504.

Big plans. Clearly priced.

Half day

Up to 4 hours

$250 + sales tax where applicable (WA: 7.6%–10.7%)

Full day

Up to 10 hours

$425 + sales tax where applicable (WA: 7.6%–10.7%)

Booked as separate half days, 10 hours would total $625. The $425 full day includes $200 in bundled value.

  • Both rates include standard tools.
  • Your written work order confirms the scope, booked days, and total price before work begins. Additional days or expenses require your approval.

Published day rates cover on-site labor and standard tools. Travel is not included. When travel is required, round-trip mileage is billed at the current IRS standard business mileage rate from the departure point identified in your written estimate. Any lodging or additional travel expenses must also be listed and approved before scheduling. Your written estimate or work order identifies the departure point used for mileage.

Prefer a price for the whole project? Full-project quotes are available based on the agreed scope.

Washington’s combined sales-tax rates currently range from 7.6% to 10.7% (July–September 2026). Where applicable, your estimate uses the rate for the job location and applicable date, with tax shown separately before approval. This range is informational — it is not the rate charged to every customer. Valid exemptions are honored when documented. Look up the Washington DOR local rate. Scope Limits & Booking Notes

We remove what’s agreed. Surprise demolition is a terrible business model.

  • Work is scoped for hands-on construction support, repairs, selective removal, and clean-up within licensed Washington capacity.
  • Specialized equipment, permits, and hazardous materials are separate when applicable and require approval.
  • The written work order controls the final price.
  • Hazardous or contaminated materials may require a surcharge or exclusion.
  • Regulated abatements are not included unless separately qualified and contracted.

Service Categories

Service categories are for estimate routing. Individual categories do not have preset project prices — full-project quotes are available based on the agreed scope when that option fits the work.

  • Interior demolition
  • Roofing tear-off support
  • Concrete support
  • Framing support
  • Siding support
  • Deck / fence removal
  • Handyman services
  • Junk / property cleanout
  • Construction site cleanup — the wall can go; the mess doesn’t get permanent residency
  • Debris Removal Coordination — we know when to call in the big truck. Arrangement of third-party hauling or container service. Precision does not perform hauling or dump runs. Any coordination charge and third-party costs are disclosed for approval before booking.

Important Scope Limits

  • Structural engineering, heavy civil, and large-scale commercial demolition are outside standard scope.
  • Asbestos, lead, mold abatement, and regulated hazardous-material handling require separate qualification and contract.
  • Contaminated or unknown materials may be declined or priced with surcharge after review.
  • Concrete removal is limited to work within agreed job scope — not standalone heavy breaking without assessment.
  • Light commercial only — no overclaiming specialty trade or industrial demolition capacity.

Conditions That Affect Booking

  • Access difficulty — tight entries, stairs, long carries, or limited staging may require additional booked time.
  • Material weight / volume — dense debris or high volume may require Debris Removal Coordination and third-party costs.
  • Third-party disposal — dump, recycling, container, and transfer-station costs billed separately when applicable and approved.
  • Timeline / urgency — rush scheduling may affect availability.
  • Site conditions — weather, occupancy, utilities, and safety constraints reviewed before the work order.
